About This Special Issue

Pediatric pulmonary and critical care medicine is a rapidly evolving field that plays a crucial role in the health and well-being of children. Advances in technology and research have led to a growing need to understand the latest developments and their implications for clinical practice.

The primary goal of this special issue, titled “Pediatric Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine: Clinical Practice and Research Progress,” is to provide a comprehensive overview of the latest research and clinical practice in this field. We invite contributions that explore various aspects of pediatric pulmonary and critical care medicine, with particular interest in new technologies, treatment approaches, and patient outcomes.

Potential topics include advances in respiratory support for critically ill children, new approaches to the management of pediatric asthma, the role of telemedicine in pediatric pulmonary and critical care, and the impact of air pollution on children’s respiratory health.
