About This Special Issue
One of the major current challenges of science and engineering, is the development of sustainable materials produce by friendly routes that provides a multi-functional material Hence, the chemical modifications and other routes could be able to produce a brand-new class of engineering materials for diverse applications and with multi-functionalities, which will combine all the needed features into one single design, to address simultaneously the distinct aspects. In that sense, further investigations of these news materials pose highly attractive challenges to the research community and environmental professionals. Hence, this Special Issue invites researchers, scholars, academics and practitioners to contribute to the field of new alternatives for applied to Environmental Engineering by submitting high-quality papers sharing their experiences, findings and points of view so that we could gather relevant studies on the topic.
