About This Special Issue
This special issue focuses on technology and its challenges for the 21st century in the concerning legal education. The law course in the midst of the University's proposals, which teaching, research and extension, urges the academic community to act traditionality of the course can no longer be dissociated from the new demands, possibilities and challenges advocated by the advent of technology. The study will focus on the use of active methodologies in the law course of the Una colleges of the State of Minas Gerais, in Brazil, its main uses and impacts on the quality of law teaching, and the questioning will it be possible to promote the harmonious meeting and in harmony with tradition and innovation? To support the research, leading cases will be sought from universities in different countries. as a way of comparatively analyzing the application and results of the use of technology in the legal higher education, its impacts, effects and new possibilities with the objective of meet the needs of multigenerational students and the current challenges of a society increasingly instantaneous, technological, but has not yet resolved primordial problems such as inequality, intolerance and hunger. Will use the method deductive exploratory bibliographic research.
