About This Special Issue
Professor Miguel Ángel Ochoa (1988) in his book Sartre: Epic Poet of Freedom says that “to love Sartre is to love freedom. And writing about freedom is paying the most sincere tribute to Sartre ”(p. 62). This is because Jean Paul Sartre not only dealt with freedom as a central "theme" of his philosophy, but dedicated his life to the study and practice of what a free being is; He was, in other words, a gladiator and epic poet of freedom. Therefore, the next special issue will be a study of both the Sartrean proposal of the concept of freedom and Sartrean thinking in general.
Make a critical analysis of Sartrean thinking taking out its positive elements, in addition to understanding its historical and anthropological importance for the human being.
Aims and Scope:
  1. Phenomenology
  2. Existentialist literature
  3. Marxism- existentialist
  4. Existentialist
  5. Existentialist-psychoanalysis
  6. Philosophy
