About This Special Issue
A reasonable process plan and tooling fixture can ensure the high efficiency of parts processing and the economics of the enterprise. I started with data collection, then part analysis, process design, and then process design, and finally completed the fixture design. In the process design, I get the best route according to the production site experience method, which saves time and improves labor productivity. The fixture design is to design the bearing box body model and the drilling mold. The model is based on the processed large surface, and the two right angle surfaces are used as the positioning surface. The work piece is fastened with bolts and nuts. The other side of the vehicle has a size of 70. Φ180H7 hole; the drilling die is based on the processed large surface, and is positioned by φ180H7 hole. The work piece is fastened with bolts and nuts, and 6-φ13 holes are drilled to improve work efficiency and ensure quality. In summary, the use of the above-mentioned special fixture design scheme ensures the production of parts in the middle batch and improves labor efficiency.
Aims and Scope:
  1. Bearing housing
  2. Process specification
  3. Car model
  4. Drilling die
  5. Dimensional accuracy
  6. Positional accuracy
