In today’s modern times in when we live, medical law, health law and ethics have a lot in common. Their common goal is to humanity as well as the disciplines, of course, in their own way, take care of the life and health of people in such a way that they discussing issues of life, death, health, disease, patients’ rights, the rights and duties of medical personnel, etc. Accelerated development of medicine as very responsible scientific discipline opens up a range of questions that need to be regularized. Medicine in its accelerated development go strong forward and the urgent need legal regulation many questions in this area because it is the only right way.
