About This Special Issue
Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) is a phase that is implemented and executed during the execution phase of a project life cycle. Be it waterfall or Agile project types, a proper SDLC is important for successful execution of the project. Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) consists of Analysis, Design, Build, Testing and Deploy stages. All of these stages run in series and are dependent on the previous stage. While the steps for applying SDLC in Waterfall and Agile Project Management are relatively same, there is a significant difference as to how they both tie together to the project.
