Metal clusters are very interesting materials with highly active metal sites. Active metal sites are important for interaction with biological targets. In this review article we have summarized medicinal/biological importance of metal clusters compounds. We have presented the collection metal clusters having potential for the treatment of different fetal diseases like Cancer, Diabetic, Alzheimer, Cardiovascular disease, Hypertension, and Anemia etc. Thus the metal clusters are now getting prominence share in modern medicines.
