Abstract: Objective To investigate the health behaviors and psychological status of residents surveyed in Rui’an City during influenza seasons, analyze the correlation characteristics between these two factors and influenza-related indicators, and provide evidence for formulating regional public health intervention strategies in Rui’an. Methods A cross-sectional survey was conducted. Online questionnaires combined with snowball sampling were adopted to investigate permanent residents aged 18 years and above in Rui’an City. Descriptive statistics, Chi-square (χ²) test and Logistic regression analysis were performed to analyze the correlations among various indicators. Results A total of 489 questionnaires were collected, with an effective response rate of 90.9%. The self-reported influenza prevalence was 34.7%, and the influenza vaccination coverage rate was 23.5%. The adoption rates of basic protective behaviors such as mask-wearing and frequent hand washing reached 95.1% and 88.7% respectively. In total, 27.3% of respondents worried about contracting influenza themselves, 45.0% worried about their family members being infected, and 47.9% experienced moderate or higher psychological stress. Univariate analysis revealed that gender, age, chronic disease history and influenza infection history were statistically correlated with vaccination status and psychological stress. Logistic regression analysis indicated that age ≥61 years (OR=2.31) and prior influenza infection (OR=1.89) were positively associated with influenza-related anxiety, while adequate mastery of influenza-related knowledge (OR=0.42) was negatively associated with anxiety. Conclusion The respondents exhibited favorable adherence to basic protective behaviors, yet vaccination coverage remained low, and collective psychological stress as well as influenza-related anxiety were prominent. A three-in-one comprehensive intervention strategy integrating behavior, psychology and health information is recommended.

Abstract: This cross-sectional study aimed to assess the prevalence of abdominal obesity and identify modifiable risk factors among working-aged adults (aged 18–65 years) in urban and rural China using multidimensional lifestyle data, and to explore the translational implications for AI-driven health management. A survey was conducted in Nanjing from 2024 to 2025, enrolling 1,014 working-aged adults from both urban and rural areas. Multidimensional data were collected, encompassing sociodemographic characteristics, occupational attributes, commuting modes, lifestyle behaviors, dietary patterns, and nutrition knowledge awareness. Multivariate unconditional logistic regression was employed to identify independent risk and protective factors for abdominal obesity after adjusting for potential confounders, and the applicability of these variables as core inputs for AI-based health management systems was further evaluated based on their data accessibility and clinical interpretability. The overall prevalence of abdominal obesity was 58.5% (593/1,014). Multivariate logistic regression revealed that female sex (OR=2.671), consumption of baijiu (Chinese liquor, OR=2.812), intake of sugar-sweetened beverages (OR=4.433), and habitual tea drinking (OR=5.698) were independently associated with increased odds of abdominal obesity (all P < 0.05), while walking to work emerged as a significant protective factor (P < 0.05). All identified variables demonstrated satisfactory data availability and clinical interpretability, supporting their integration as key input features in AI-driven health management models. The prevalence of abdominal obesity among Chinese working-aged adults is alarmingly high, affecting nearly three in five individuals. The multidimensional modifiable factors identified not only provide actionable targets for conventional interventions but also constitute an interpretable feature set for AI-based health management systems. Future research may integrate real-time data from wearable devices with deep learning algorithms to establish an intelligent platform encompassing risk stratification, dynamic early warning, and personalized intervention, facilitating a paradigm shift from reactive treatment to proactive prevention in occupational health and offering empirical evidence for AI-empowered chronic disease control.

Abstract: This study investigated the effects of storage temperature and freeze-thaw cycles on the stability of flunitrazepam, clonazepam, and their 7-amino metabolites in whole blood, and clarified the patterns of concentration changes of the four target analytes in the whole-blood matrix over storage time, thereby providing scientific data support for interpreting discrepant results between initial and re-testing in actual cases arising from different storage conditions. In the experiments, blank whole blood was used as the matrix and spiked with reference standards to prepare samples at two concentration levels (10 ng/mL and 100 ng/mL). The samples were stored under refrigeration at 4°C and frozen at –20°C. At various time points, aliquots were taken to determine the relative peak?area ratios of each target analyte to the internal standard diazepam-D5. In parallel, the changes in relative content of the four drugs after 1 to 5 freeze?thaw cycles under short-term storage conditions were also evaluated. The results demonstrated that storage temperature significantly influenced drug stability; higher temperatures accelerated the degradation rate and led to more decreases in the concentrations of the target analytes in whole blood. Notably, at the early stage of storage, flunitrazepam and clonazepam showed a slight increase in concentration, which could be attributed to protein?binding effects. However, under short?term storage at –20°C with 1–5 repeated freeze-thaw cycles, the concentrations of the four target analytes did not exhibit any significant decline and remained relatively stable overall. Based on these findings, it is recommended that biological specimens collected after an incident should undergo qualitative and quantitative testing as soon as possible, and that low?temperature conditions be maintained throughout transportation and storage to minimize drug degradation. For samples requiring long-term preservation, the potential impact of storage duration on drug concentrations should be fully considered when interpreting the final results, and conclusions should be drawn cautiously to avoid misinterpretation.

Abstract: Objective To investigate the correlation between regulator of G protein signaling 22 (RGS22) and immune cell infiltration in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD) through bioinformatics analysis, it is to identify novel potential biomarkers for auxiliary diagnosis and therapy. Methods Gene expression data and relevant clinical data were downloaded from The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) database to analyze the correlation between RGS22 expression and tumor immune cell infiltration in LUAD. In addition, external validation in an independent cohort was performed using public datasets from the Gene Expression Omnibus (GEO). Results The study found that RGS22 was downregulated in LUAD tumor tissues, which was associated with shorter overall survival in patients. This results were validated in both the TCGA cohort (n = 527, P = 0.004) and the GEO cohort (n = 398, P = 3.01×10-6). The expression of RGS22 was positively correlated with the infiltration levels of various immune cells, including dendritic cells and CD4+ T cells. Therefore, these findings revealed that RGS22 influences the prognosis of LUAD by affecting the infiltration levels of immune cells. Conclusion RGS22 maybe become a new biomarker for the early diagnosis and prognosis of LUAD.

Abstract: Objective To explore the mechanism by which Chaihu Shugan Powder inhibits LPS-induced inflammation in BV2 cells based on network pharmacology, molecular docking and in vitro experiments. Method The antidepressant mechanism of Chaihu Shugan Powder was predicted by network pharmacological analysis, and the key active ingredients were screened in combination with molecular docking technology. Further construct an LPS-induced inflammatory model of BV2 cells and provide intervention treatment with Chaihu Shugan Powder. The protein levels and mRNA expression levels of TNF-α, IL-1β, IL-6 and IL-10 in the cell supernatants and intracellular tissues of each group were detected by ELISA kits and qRT-PCR. The level of NO in the cell supernatant was detected by the Greiss method; The expressions of microglial polarization markers iNOS, CD86, CD206 and Arg-1, as well as key proteins of the TNF-α/NF-κB pathway in each group of cells were detected by Western blot. Result The results of network pharmacological analysis showed that a total of 118 intersection targets were obtained. Based on the degree value > 3 (median), 35 core targets were screened out, and the traceability analysis obtained 8 key components that played a role. The results of pathway enrichment indicated that the antidepressant effect of Bupleurum evacuation might be related to signaling pathways such as TNF, PI3K-Akt, Apoptosis and MAPK. The results of the CCK-8 experiment determined that the high, medium and low administration doses of Chaihu Shugan Powder were 125, 62.5 and 31.25μg/mL, respectively. The results of the Greiss method for detecting the NO level in the cell supernatant showed that different doses of Chaihu Shugan Powder could significantly reduce the release of NO induced by LPS (P<0.001). ELISA and PCR results showed that the Chaihu Shugan Powder administration group could significantly adjust back the abnormal changes in the levels of various inflammatory factors (P<0.001, P<0.01, P<0.05). The results of Western blot detection showed that compared with the Control group, the expressions of M1-type polarization markers iNOS and CD86 in microglia of the LPS group significantly increased (P<0.001), while the expressions of M2-type polarization markers CD206 and Arg-1 significantly decreased (P<0.001). The protein contents of TNF-α, TLR4, p-IKKα/β, p-IκBα, NF-κB p65 and c-fos proteins increased (P<0.001); After treatment with Chaihu Shugan Powder, the abnormal expression of the above proteins could be significantly improved in all cases (P<0.001,P<0.01,P<0.05). The findings from molecular docking indicated that all eight essential components demonstrated strong binding affinities with the proteins previously mentioned. Conclusion Chaihu Shugan Powder can exert an antidepressant effect by inhibiting the polarization of microglia to M1 type and regulating the TNF-α/NF-κB signaling pathway, thereby suppressing the expression of inflammatory factors.

Abstract: Objective: To explore the risk factors for perioperative blood transfusion in patients with sacral tumors and provide a basis for clinical blood management. Methods: The clinical data of 69 patients with sacral tumors undergoing surgery were retrospectively analyzed. The patients were divided into the transfusion group (n=46) and the non-transfusion group (n=23) based on whether they received allogeneic red blood cell transfusion during the perioperative period. Univariate analysis was used to screen the risk factors, and variables with P<0.05 were included in the multivariate Logistic regression analysis. Results: Univariate analysis showed that there were statistically significant differences in fibrinogen (FIB), operation duration, and intraoperative blood loss between the two groups (P<0.05), while there were no statistically significant differences in gender, age, hemoglobin, red blood cell count, hematocrit, prothrombin time, activated partial thromboplastin time, alanine aminotransferase, tumor type, surgical site, and surgical position between the two groups (P>0.05). Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that operation duration (OR=1.63, P=0.04) and intraoperative blood loss (OR=0.06, P=0.02) were independent risk factors for perioperative blood transfusion. Among the transfusion patients, 2-4 units of suspended red blood cells accounted for 33.33%, more than 12 units accounted for 14.29%, and more than 1600mL of plasma accounted for 10.20%. Conclusion: The perioperative blood transfusion rate of patients with sacral tumors is relatively high (66.7%). The prolongation of operation time and the increase of intraoperative blood loss are independent risk factors for perioperative blood transfusion. In clinical practice, attention should be focused on high-risk patients with long operation time and large intraoperative blood loss. Preoperative blood type identification and screening for irregular antibodies should be completed, and sufficient blood reserves (8 units of red blood cells recommended) should be prepared. The transfusion department should establish a close communication and collaboration mechanism with the clinical department to ensure the supply of blood in case of sudden large blood demand, to reduce the need for allogeneic blood transfusion, reduce transfusion-related complications, and improve patient prognosis.

Abstract: Chronic heart failure (CHF) represents the terminal stage of various cardiac diseases and is characterized by high prevalence, high rehospitalization rates and high mortality. Home-based management of patients in the stable phase of CHF is essential for slowing disease progression, reducing rehospitalization risk and improving quality of life. Based on domestic and international heart failure management guidelines, expert consensus documents and specialty nursing practice, this paper summarizes and systematically discusses ten key symptoms that require attention in home-based management of stable CHF, including dyspnea, rapid weight gain, lower-extremity or generalized edema, fatigue and reduced exercise tolerance, nocturnal cough and pink frothy sputum, palpitations and arrhythmias, chest pain or discomfort, decreased appetite and gastrointestinal symptoms, dizziness, blackout and syncope, and mood disorders. Clinical significance, home monitoring methods, coping strategies and indications for medical consultation are addressed for each symptom. Overall strategies including symptom diaries, standardized medication, diet and fluid management, moderate exercise, trigger prevention, tiered follow-up systems and caregiver training are also proposed. Recognition of these warning symptoms may facilitate early detection, early intervention and early management, providing a reference for a patient–family–community–hospital integrated management model. It should be noted that this "top ten" framework is derived from a synthesis of guidelines and clinical experience, and its relative weighting and applicability warrant further research; specific thresholds, dosages and frequencies mentioned herein are general principles, and patients should follow individualized advice from their physicians.

Abstract: With the continuous enhancement of environmental awareness, the importance of recycling and reusing old clothes in communities is increasingly prominent. At present, the update speed of residents' clothing is continuously accelerating. Every year, tens of millions of tons of used textiles are generated in China. The traditional offline recycling bins and manual door-to-door collection models have problems such as lagging collection, chaotic management, and insufficient participation enthusiasm of residents. The existing online recycling platforms generally lack a complete points incentive system, which is difficult to meet the needs of standardized recycling management in communities. This article builds a B/S architecture community old clothing recycling points management system based on the SpringBoot, Vue, MySQL, MyBatis, and ElementUI technology stacks. The system is divided into two major modules: the resident user end and the administrator end. The user end integrates functions such as registration and login, old clothes recycling appointment, points mall, announcement viewing, and personal center. The administrator end realizes unified control over users, recyclers, recycling orders, points-based goods, used clothing classification, and system announcements. The article successively completed the system feasibility demonstration, requirement modeling, E-R database design, functional modules, business processes, temporal logic design, and completed the page development and black box functional testing. The test results show that the system operates stably. Relying on the points mechanism, it effectively enhances the participation of community residents in the recycling of old clothes, and can achieve digital closed-loop management of old clothes in the community, providing a complete implementation solution for the digital platform of the recycling of waste textiles.

Abstract: Pyrolysis of waste tires for oil production is an effective approach for resource utilization. To optimize the process parameters of fixed-bed pyrolysis of waste tires and clarify the product characteristics, this study employed a fixed-bed electric heating system to conduct pyrolysis experiments on waste tire chunks under a nitrogen atmosphere. The effects of pyrolysis time (1h and 2h) and pyrolysis temperature (270°C~620°C) on product yields were investigated, and the reliability of the experimental data was verified through repeated tests. Furthermore, the chemical composition of the pyrolytic oil was analyzed using gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS), while the pyrolytic char was subjected to proximate analysis, calorific value measurement, and ash fusibility testing. The results showed that extending the pyrolysis time from 1h to 2h resulted in a limited increase in oil yield (less than 1%), indicating that the tires were essentially completely cracked within 1h. As the pyrolysis temperature increased, the oil yield first rose and then declined. The optimal pyrolysis temperature range was 440°C~460°C, under which the oil yield reached 35.2%~40.1% and the oil-to-gas ratio was 2.3~2.9. The average yield of solid products ranged from 44% to 53%, with an average steel wire content of 15.5%. After the temperature exceeded 320°C, the pyrolytic carbon black yield stabilized at 29%~34%. A total of 218 effective components were detected in the pyrolytic oil, among which 13 substances, including limonene (11.87%), ethanol, and phenol, each accounted for more than 1%. The pyrolytic carbon black had a fixed carbon content exceeding 80%, a calorific value of approximately 30 MJ/kg, and an ash melting point ranging from 1170°C to 1220°C. This study provides data support for the optimization of fixed-bed pyrolysis processes for waste tires and the graded utilization of pyrolysis products.

Abstract: Jiangsu Province is characterized by high load density and a large share of electricity consumption by the manufacturing sector. Its power system faces multiple constraints, including continued growth in electricity demand, large-scale integration of renewable energy, and limited local primary energy resources. Considering the province’s electricity-load characteristics, geographical resource conditions, industrial structure, and renewable-energy development trends, this study takes the period around 2030 as the medium-term planning horizon and develops a scenario-analysis framework for multi-source–multi-storage configuration from the perspective of annualized total system cost. The results indicate that a relatively low-cost power-supply pathway for Jiangsu cannot be achieved simply by increasing the share of a single type of power source. Instead, it requires an integrated portfolio consisting of flexible thermal power for supply adequacy, orderly expansion of offshore wind power and distributed photovoltaic generation, coordinated deployment of multiple energy-storage technologies, and an appropriate level of imported electricity. It is recommended that thermal power gradually shift from an energy-supply role toward capacity support and system regulation; wind power development should focus on coastal and offshore areas; photovoltaic development should prioritize industrial and commercial distributed projects and fishery–photovoltaic complementary projects; and energy storage should be configured through the coordinated deployment of electrochemical storage, pumped storage, compressed-air energy storage, flow batteries, flywheels, and other mechanical energy-storage technologies. This configuration can help reduce the system costs associated with renewable-energy curtailment, peak regulation, reserve capacity, and transmission and distribution expansion while maintaining power-supply reliability, thereby providing a reference for the planning of a new-type power system in Jiangsu Province.

Abstract: To investigate the gas product evolution characteristics and heating value variation of typical municipal solid wastes during fixed-bed pyrolysis, this study selected waste tires and municipal sewage sludge as research objects. Pyrolysis experiments were conducted in an externally heated fixed-bed reactor under nitrogen atmosphere. The composition, distribution characteristics of gas products, and their heating value variations with pyrolysis temperature were systematically examined for both materials, followed by a comparative analysis of their pyrolysis product properties. The results showed that the pyrolysis gas from waste tires was mainly composed of CH4, H2, and CnHm, accounting for more than 70% of the total gas, with CH4 reaching up to 47%, H2 up to 22%, and CnHm up to 15%. Each gas component began to evolve noticeably at approximately 400°C, and the CnHm content reached its peak around 530°C before declining due to intensified secondary cracking reactions. The heating value of tire pyrolysis gas increased significantly with the rising final temperature, reaching approximately 6800 kcal/m3 at 650°C, which is comparable to that of natural gas. For municipal sewage sludge, the pyrolysis gas was mainly composed of CO2, CH4, and H2. At final temperatures ≤500°C, CO2 accounted for the highest proportion, while CH4 became dominant above 500°C. The onset temperature for significant gas evolution was about 480°C, approximately 80°C higher than that of waste tires. The heating value of sludge pyrolysis gas approached 3000 kcal/m3 at 600°C, which was only about 40%–50% of that from waste tires. The differences in pyrolysis gas characteristics between the two materials originated from their intrinsic compositional distinctions: waste tires are rich in carbon and hydrogen with low ash and oxygen contents, favoring the generation of high-quality fuel gas, while sludge possesses high ash and oxygen contents, resulting in higher CO2 proportion and lower heating value in its pyrolysis gas. This study provides fundamental experimental data for the graded pyrolysis treatment and differentiated energy utilization of municipal solid wastes.
