Abstract: Human spiritual ecology, as an objective existence, is inevitably influenced by the natural environment, social environment, and the composition of individuals' internal qualities. The already formed spiritual ecology, in turn, affects people's various attitudes and behaviors, and this chain of influence is sometimes accompanied by harmful outcomes, which is particularly prominent among preschool teachers. At a time when moral literacy is generally declining, spiritual beliefs are commonly lacking, and social ethos is facing crises, the construction of a harmonious spiritual ecology for preschool teachers, who are responsible for enlightenment education, is particularly urgent. Achieving this requires efforts from two aspects: on one hand, through the efforts of the government and the whole society, to improve the external factors that negatively affect preschool teachers; on the other hand, to enrich and perfect the internal qualities of preschool teachers from the perspectives of being a social individual, a professional, and a human being.

Abstract: Under the background of global climate governance and China’s “double carbon” strategy, the modern environmental governance system puts forward six core requirements for enterprise carbon information management: comprehensiveness, accuracy, real-time, traceability, disclosure and supply chain collaboration. However, the traditional carbon management model that relies on manual statistics and offline reporting has outstanding problems such as data fragmentation, large deviation, lagging supervision and coordination difficulties. Artificial intelligence technology provides key technical support for solving the above dilemma by virtue of its massive data processing, real-time dynamic monitoring and intelligent decision analysis capabilities. This paper takes Industrial Fulian as a single case study object to explore the influence mechanism, technical path and practical effect of artificial intelligence on carbon information management under modern environmental governance. The research finds that artificial intelligence is deeply embedded in the whole process of carbon management through technical architecture, which significantly improves the efficiency and accuracy of carbon management, strengthens the ability of supply chain coordination and compliance disclosure, and helps enterprises achieve the dual goals of carbon emission reduction and cost reduction and efficiency increase. This paper enriches the technical theory of modern environmental governance and carbon information management, and provides a practical paradigm and policy reference for the transformation of intelligent carbon management in manufacturing enterprises.

Abstract: Under the dual background of the digital transformation of education and the comprehensive advancement of ideological and political education in curriculum, college English, as a core course of general education in colleges and universities, has both instrumental and humanistic attributes and is an important carrier for implementing the fundamental task of fostering virtue through education. At present, the ideological and political education in college English curriculum is faced with practical dilemmas such as superficial integration of ideological and political elements, single teaching scenarios, fragmented educational process and vague evaluation system. The core functions of artificial intelligence technology such as big data analysis, natural language processing, virtual reality and intelligent interaction provide a new technical support for solving the above problems. Guided by the educational objectives of ideological and political education in college English curriculum, this paper analyzes the internal adaptability and practical value of AI technology empowerment, constructs teaching scenarios from four dimensions: immersive teaching, personalized learning guidance, collaborative education and intelligent evaluation, and puts forward practical paths from five aspects: teaching resource development, teaching model innovation, teaching staff construction, evaluation system improvement and guarantee mechanism construction. The purpose is to realize the deep integration of AI technology and ideological and political education in college English curriculum, promote the development of teaching towards digitalization, intellectualization and personalization, and cultivate compound foreign language talents with solid English language ability, firm ideals and beliefs and strong cultural confidence.

Abstract: Deepening the integration of the innovation chain and industrial chain ("Dual-Chain Integration") is a core strategic pathway to overcome the sustainable development bottlenecks of mature oilfields, cultivate new quality productivity forces, and ensure national energy security. Taking Oilfield L as a typical case, this paper first constructs an analytical framework encompassing "Factor Aggregation—Platform Empowerment—Mechanism Synergy—Ecosystem Evolution." Through field research and policy text analysis, it systematically diagnoses the prominent challenges faced by Oilfield L in the process of Dual-Chain Integration. A coupled System Dynamics and Agent-Based Modeling (ABM-SD) framework is designed: the upper-level SD module simulates the evolution of macro-level resource constraints and policy environments, while the lower-level ABM module simulates the micro-level game-playing and strategy learning processes of three types of agents—research institutions, production units, and coordination platforms. Multi-agent reinforcement learning is employed to derive flexible organizational models featuring risk-sharing and benefit-sharing mechanisms. Parameter calibration and scenario simulations are conducted based on empirical data from Oilfield L. The findings reveal that: (1) establishing a substantive collaborative innovation platform improves overall system efficiency by approximately 21.6%; (2) technology transfer rates reach an optimal equilibrium when the risk-sharing ratio is optimized to 32% for research institutions and 68% for production units; and (3) building industrial innovation ecosystems around characteristic areas such as heavy oil green development and CCUS can effectively break the structural barrier of a weak pilot-scale testing phase. This study provides a replicable micro-level practical paradigm for resource-based state-owned enterprises to achieve kinetic energy conversion through Dual-Chain Integration.

Abstract: As a new production factor, data is a crucial foundation for driving digital and intelligent transformation and fostering new productive forces, while data governance is a key measure to activate the value of data elements and ensure the implementation of digital and intelligent strategies. Taking Oil and Gas Field Enterprise A as the research object, this paper constructs a three-chain analysis framework of "business chain-responsibility chain-value chain" based on the Data-Information-Knowledge-Wisdom (DIKW) value transformation model in knowledge management theory, and systematically analyzes the practical status, core obstacles and deep-seated contradictions of the enterprise’s data governance. The research shows that Enterprise A has achieved phased results in data governance, but still faces prominent problems such as the lack of full-life-cycle management in the business chain, unimplemented multi-level system in the responsibility chain, and blocked value transformation path in the value chain. These problems are further condensed into four core contradictions, including the mismatch between the urgent demand for digital and intelligent transformation and the weak data governance foundation, and the conflict between the inherent requirements of systematic governance and the traditional block-based management model. In response, this paper proposes optimization strategies of strengthening top-level design from the perspective of connecting the three chains, which provides theoretical reference and practical experience for traditional energy enterprises to empower digital and intelligent transformation through data governance, and accumulates replicable and promotable practices for the same industry’s data governance.
