Abstract: This article examined the influence of sleep problems on academic burnout and academic performance of 640 students in Community Development Training Institutes (CDTIs). Burnout has been increasingly a psychological, health and educational concern. Mixed findings have been reported by past studies on this topic. While on one side negative relationships have been reported, on the other hand, results have been reporting no or positive relationship between sleep problems and both burnout and academic performance. This study was an attempt to contribute to the debate through three specific objectives namely; to identify academic burnout and its perceived sources among college students; identify sleep problems among college students; and explain academic performance from academic burnout and sleep problems among college students. Data were collected using one general questionnaire, composed of The Maslach Burnout Inventory-Student Survey (MBSS) for measuring academic burnout, the Sleep Quality Scale (SQS) for measuring sleep problems, and a section inquiring demographic and personal information, such as sex, age, employment status, marital status and level or year of study. Data were descriptively analyzed using Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS). To explain academic performance from academic burnout and sleep problems, logistic Regression Analysis was performed. Results indicated that Academic Burnout was explained by the year of study, sleep problems; and perceived sources of academic burnout such as review time and examination/tests. Further, while academic burnout did not explain academic performance in terms of semester GPA, sleep problems did. It was concluded that both academic burnout and sleep problems are prevalent among college students in Tanzania. Further the perceived sources of academic burnout by students are not necessarily the real factors explaining academic burnout of the college students. It was further concluded that sleep problems and year of the study determine both academic burnout and academic performance. Practical implications are discussed with recommendations to both students and colleges administrations made.

Abstract: As the high-level training talent, postgraduates are the new quality productive forces of national development. However, the quality of graduate training in economics and management is worried in reality, mainly reflected in the lack of students' innovative ability. The root cause is that graduate students engage in more passive innovative behaviors rather than proactive ones. Scholars have explored the pathways to enhance graduate students' innovative ability and behavior from both macro perspectives of cultivation models and micro perspectives of teacher-student relationships. However, they have overlooked the important linkage role of courses. Courses are an educational form in which multiple relationship subjects participate frequently under the guidance of cultivation model principles, and have an important driving role in stimulating graduate students' proactive innovative behaviors. This study firstly summarizes the characteristics of postgraduates from two dimensions of study objective and knowledge distance. Then, based on the theory of planned behavior, the whole process of "Service Management" is designed from three perspectives: attitude, subjective norm and perceived behavior control. The teachers actively guide and interact with the graduate students online and offline before and after the course to stimulate their proactive innovative behavior attitude. The ranking of group competition, group interaction and peer evaluation can influence the graduate students' proactive innovative behaviors' subjective norm. The visual learning list and positive feedback from the teachers can enhance the postgraduates' perceived self-control of proactive innovative behavior. This study reformed the "Service Management" course by activating the postgraduates' positive attitude of proactive innovative practice, creating a positive subjective norm, enhancing their perceived behavioral control of proactive practice, and thus stimulating the innovative practice behavior of business management postgraduates, which finally improve their comprehensive literacy.

Abstract: This study explores the integration of ideological and political education into Sports Anatomy teaching using an Outcome-Based Education (OBE) approach. The increasing professional demands in sports medicine necessitate a comprehensive educational framework that not only emphasizes anatomical knowledge but also nurtures the ethical and humanistic aspects of healthcare. Furthermore, the evolving landscape of higher education underscores the importance of fostering well-rounded professionals who are not only skilled in their technical abilities but also possess strong values and ethical standards. The research addresses current challenges in higher education, where traditional anatomy teaching methods often emphasize technical knowledge while neglecting value-based education and professional ethics. Through systematic analysis and practical implementation, the study identifies key issues including insufficient integration between professional knowledge and ideological education, lack of innovative teaching methods, incomplete educational systems, and the need to enhance teachers' capabilities in delivering integrated content. The paper presents a comprehensive reform framework that incorporates digital technologies, interactive learning platforms, and innovative assessment methods to create a student-centered learning environment. The reformed curriculum successfully combines anatomical knowledge with ethical considerations, professional values, and humanitarian perspectives through case-based learning, virtual anatomy systems, and practical laboratory sessions. The implementation emphasizes professional development, educational philosophy integration, and continuous outcome assessment. Results demonstrate improved student engagement and enhanced learning outcomes in both professional competencies and ethical awareness. The study establishes a model for effectively uniting professional expertise with ideological education while maintaining high academic standards. These findings contribute to the dialogue on educational reform, highlighting the critical role of integrating value-based education within professional training programs. This reformed approach provides valuable insights for future educational reforms in anatomy teaching and related fields, highlighting the importance of balancing technical knowledge with value-based education in preparing students for their professional roles in sports medicine and rehabilitation.
