Abstract: Ethiopia has a diverse political past and a range of political heroes from diverse backgrounds. This is because politicians have not attempted to forge a broad consensus on the state, instead focusing on dealing with and agreeing upon specific aspects of local nation construction. As a result, it's critical to project future Ethiopian progress in order to choose political paths that will support the country's future. For this, document analysis and observation has been conducted. Therefore the result is presented as follow. Since the adoption of its 1995 constitution; Ethiopia has implemented ethnic-based political administrations in each of its regions. With constitutionally empowered statements enabling the establishment of states based on the settlement patterns, linguistic diversity, cultural identity, and consent of the people in question. However, the varied ways those governments interpret and carry out their policies result in a variety of violations of the citizens' human, social, economic, and political rights. Based on this, it is better to take a different political action based on common consensus from deferent social groups. From other experience inclusive political path other than one based on ethnicity unless it will lead to severe aggression against human, social, economic, and political rights and the creation of statelessness as described by different events that occurred in different parts of Ethiopia.

Abstract: The article examines the development of Russian-Turkish relations over the past 30years, the main aspects of geopolitical relations and, in particular, the conflicts in the South Caucasus and adjacent regions. The authors believe that the key ones are the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict and the 44-day war unleashed by Azerbaijan in 2020, the Georgian-Abkhazian conflict and the five-day Georgian-South Ossetian war, as well as the Ukrainian crisis, the Libyan and Syrian conflicts, in which Moscow and Ankara have different interests. Russia and Turkey consider conflicts as an important means of establishing influence in the region and use them to ensure the desired course of events in the region. The analysis of the above-mentioned conflicts is of key importance from the point of view of the Russian-Turkish geopolitical competition, because their inflammation led to the start of the rearrangement of the spheres of influence in the region. Moreover, the new configuration of forces in the South Caucasus will largely depend on the outcome of the resolution of these conflicts. The authors identify the main patterns in the development of bilateral Russian-Turkish relations, which are characterized by a combination of confrontation, competition and cooperation. This study is based on comparative and empirical methods, as well as the method of system analysis. Тhe authors studied the materials of Russian and Turkish official sources, and also analyzed the primary conclusions in the publications of Russian, Turkish, Armenian and other foreign researchers who have studied individual stages and pages of the topic under study over the past thirty years. The study of monographs and articles by Russian-speaking, English-speaking, Turkic-speaking authors is done in the original languages. During the post-Soviet period Russia and Türkiye have gained a lot of experience in developing a common attitude towards political and ethnic conflicts. It is noteworthy that during these conflicts relations between Russia and Türkiye even in the event of confrontation, did not deteriorate below a certain acceptable level. In all cases military-political and diplomatic channels of communication operated forcing the parties to take into account the cardinal interests of each other.

Abstract: The people and land of the nation have a profound influence on its politics and economy. Therefore, the paper serves three main purposes: it first discusses the origins of the people in Metekel; it next covers the current status of settlement in Metekel; and last, it strikes a balance between the people and their land. To resolve this issue, historical evidence and linguistic evidence in particular was used. The work primarily presents and discusses the linguistic meanings of kebeles, towns, rivers, and other phenomena. As a result, the study's findings indicate that: (1) there is a relationship between the Arabic language and the land; it is crucial to look into whether the language's owner has relocated or changed their identity; (2) there are two ethnic groups that were overlooked: the Fugni (Gubewi), who are currently known as Gumuz in Ethiopia, and the people of Medhely (new group name origion from Amharawello and Benishangul Gumuz), who are best known for owning Masjid Arehman; (3) there are many hybrid ethnic personalities that a person had acquired from various ethnic groups in the study area, such as Gumuz and Wello, Agew and Oromo, Shinash and Amhara, etc. (4) The fourth discovery is that the Medheli and Funj (Gumuz) people are indigenous to the Metekel due to their close ties to the region's historical Arabic language. (5) Fifth, shash is not a native people in Benishangul Gumuz, notably in Metekel; rather, shash is an ethnic group similar to Agew, Amhara, Wello, and other tribes. Last but not least, the research suggests that a number of hybrid ethnic groups such as the Gumuz, Agew, Wello, Amhara, Shinasha, Kenbata, and others that were originally from various regions of Ethiopia, found in Metekel. Coexistence is therefore the ideal method of living for involvement in the future.
