Abstract: Background: Sleep problems have increasingly become a public health problem. How to improve sleep problems has become the focus of many people’s concerns. Meanwhile, sleep problems are more common in children and adolescents, with prevalence ranging from 11% to 47%. Therefore, how to help college students improve sleep problems has become a problem worth studying. Objective: The present study focused on intrinsic psychological factors to explore how college students’ self-efficacy, self-esteem, and social adaptations all work together to influence sleep problems and analyze the chain mediating effect of self-esteem and social adaptation in the influence of self-efficacy on sleep problems of college students. Methods: Eighty-seven college students were conveniently chosen to engage in a survey about self-efficacy, sleep problems, self-esteem and social adaptation. Results: (1) Correlation analysis showed that, the relationships between each pair of self-efficacy, self-esteem and social adaptation were significantly positive. Self-esteem and social adaptation were all negatively related to sleep problems. (2) Chain mediating effect analysis showed that, the chain mediating effect of self-esteem and social adaptation between self-efficacy and sleep problems was significant. Conclusion: The results significantly revealed that self-efficacy affected sleep problems not only directly but through the chain mediating roles of self-esteem and social adaptation, which enriched the understanding of the factors that influence sleep problems and provided important guidance and suggestions for improving college students’ sleep problems through the enhancement of self-efficacy, self-esteem and social adaptation.

Abstract: Purpose In the face of the problems in medical equipment quality control, such as manpower shortage, lack of standardization, insufficient quality control equipment and weak information means, the implementation methods of medical equipment quality control are improved effectively by reorganizing the key points of quality control and introducing the overall maintenance service of medical equipment. Methods On the basis of researching and determining the quality control objects of medical equipment, formulating the work content of medical equipment quality control and supporting special quality control record sheets, formulating the work plan of medical equipment quality control, and adjusting the quality control content in time according to the actual clinical needs, our hospital has passed and the overall maintenance company of medical equipment cooperates closely and obtains the support of manpower, quality control equipment and information management tools to ensure that the quality control of medical equipment is in place. Result Through the standardization of medical equipment quality control, the efficiency of medical equipment quality control has been significantly improved, and the operation quality failure rate of quality control objects has decreased year by year, and we can find the hidden trouble of medical equipment operation quality and solve it accordingly. In addition, compared with hospital engineers, there is a certain gap in the medical equipment quality control ability of maintenance engineers in medical equipment overall maintenance service companies. At the same time, there are still some shortcomings in the coverage of quality control work. Conclusion Overall medical equipment maintenance service is conducive to the implementation of medical equipment quality control, and quality control is effective in improving the operation quality of medical equipment, and can guarantee the safety of medical service, but there is still a large space for improvement.

Abstract: Heart failure (HF) is a worldwide health issue, and the application of Chinese medicine could provide new methods for the treatment of HF. Currently, there is no good medicine for diastolic heart failure (DHF) at present; therefore, we hope our study can confirm the effectiveness of Shen'ge formula (SGF) in the treatment of DHF and provide new strategies for patients with HF. To analyze the potential effect of SGF against HF, especially against DHF, we consult and summarize our previous researches on SGF. Our previous clinical studies demonstrated that SGF combined with conventional western medicine was able to improve ventricular contractility, heart function and reduce serum brain natriuretic peptide (BNP)/NT-proBNP levels of patients. The quality of life and clinical symptoms in HF patients were significantly improved after intervention. And basic researches also manifested that SGF was capable of preserving heart function, improving symptoms, and reducing cardiac hypertrophy and fibrosis in rats. Mechanisms involved in SGF ameliorating heart function probably were through downregulating AT1R, NADPH oxidase 2, 4, inhibiting TGF-β/smads pathway and RhoA/ROCK1 pathway. And SGF reducing serum metabolites accumulation was feasibly by up-regulating heart mRNA expressions of COX2, ATP6 and ATP8. In all, SGF exhibits many advantages in HF treatment according to the results of our previous researches, which indicates that SGF could be the potential beneficial strategy in DHF.
